Is a phrase I hear often, to both my joy and dismay.

One one hand, I wonder how it is possible that the people who experience a product every day are not consulted during the design process.

 

On the other hand, this crystalizes my purpose as a designer and my contribution to delivering impactful designs.

Thanks to my diverse background, I am able to draw from a broad range of design and strategy tools to ensure my designs are effective, realistic and responsible to both the people and the planet.
